We are two friendly folks living in a lovely elegant rustic 3 bedroom house looking for a new housemate. We sometimes hang out, and always respect each others privacy. The home has multiple living spaces indoors and outdoors, high ceilings, plenty of room to feel spacious and alone even when people are home. We are looking for a roommate who cherishes a peaceful atmosphere and positive vibes.15 Minutes to Woodland Hills and Malibu, 35 minutes to Santa Monica. Excellent trails nearby. You have a private bedroom in the main house and private bathroom, and full access to kitchen, dining area, living room and yard.
There is a large shared private back yard with outdoor living room, outdoor princess bed, a Fireplace inside, 2 fireplaces outside. Limited access to jacuzzi. This is not a party house however we host small gatherings like dinner parties. Alcohol and marijuana are consumed on a limited and mindful basis and we do not want heavy users. No tobacco smokers. We are looking for someone who is clean, lives a healthy lifestyle, and is friendly, and who would like to retreat into a nourishing space surrounded by nature.
