It’s half a block from the beach on Lighthouse St; you can go barefoot. You’re welcome to use the surfboard and bikes, beach chairs, the outdoor bonfire pit and indoor fireplace in the living room. The balcony has ocean view and a hammock.
Each bedroom has en suite bathroom so can be comfortable for a single person or couple. You could rent out the whole apartment ($3999/month) or just one of the two rooms ($2000). Preferable for entire period Dec 16 – March 6, but can be flexible.
