Great location in Pasadena, walkable to Rose Bowl and Old Town, very easily accessible to / from most freeways and super close to Eagle Rock, Glassell Park, Highland Park, Los Feliz, DTLA …

The 3 levels are filled with light and good energy with a yoga, meditation room + work space AND a 4 plush seating screening room downstairs (yes, you read it correctly :)

+ Very efficient washer and dryer in house.

Your cozy bedroom has lots of natural light, good storage and view of the beautiful garden and mountains

Whole house is mostly furnished – you can bring your own bed, your kitchen needs, back garden furniture, otherwise it has sofas, dining room table, full size bed and more.

Fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator / freezer / ice maker, gas stove, micro-wave and lots of closet space.

Front porch overlooking well kept garden of herbs and flowers and very abundant seasonal tangerine and lemon trees.
Green Thumbs a plus

Large back garden / play and plant area with dining table, BBQ, stand up heater, 2 large planters for planting vegetables + a basketball hoop too

About me:
I’m a long time respected music curator, event producer, and cultural attaché who loves a healthy and nurtured lifestyle. 
I’m an easy-going, non dramatic, respectful, very neat and then calm house mate. My home is a sanctuary but is open for friends, and family and creative activities. I am a very dedicated (recently separated) co-parent with my almost 6 year old most wonderful boy spending half the week with me. I am a good communicator with all related to the house and especially with my son being a part of the household activities when he is here.
