About the space

Less than a block from the beach, we have a room open in our beautiful 3 br Venice apartment. We have the whole lower level of a duplex. Killer location in the heart of Venice, very close to the beach, 2 blocks from Winward circle, across the street from the dog park. Available for move in March 1st, possibly sooner!

Looking for the right person to join us 🙂 We have one girl in one room, one guy in the 2nd, and the 3rd room is for you!

We are 20’s/30’s working creatives & professionals but also just all about the Venice lifestyle! Surfing, skating, creative, techie, laid-back, artsy, lil hippie & happy! We love this apartment and have been here for a while 🙂 you will see why

Room comes unfurnished (some pics show as it decorated before). We have extra furniture you can use if needed. The common areas are already furnished and decked out. We have a nice little patio. Our own washer and dryer inside the unit. We split internet/utilities, about $30/mo.

Your room comes with 2 reserved parking spot, tandem, behind the building (a big deal if you know Venice 😉

Move in is 1st mo rent + 1 mo security deposit ($1,350+1,350 = $2,700). Must pass a credit background check.
