Room comes unfurnished (some pics show as it decorated before). We have extra furniture you can use if needed. The common areas are already furnished and decked out. We have a nice little patio. Our own washer and dryer inside the unit. We split internet/utilities, about $30/mo.
Your room comes with 2 reserved parking spot, tandem, behind the building (a big deal if you know Venice 😉
Move in is 1st mo rent + 1 mo security deposit ($1,350+1,350 = $2,700). Must pass a credit background check.
