Less than a block from the beach on Westminster Ave, we have a room open in our beautiful 3 bdrm apartment. Our space is the entire lower level of a duplex! Located in the heart of Venice, we are just a couple min walk to the boardwalk, skatepark, beach and more! Very walkable to so many things!
Our 3rd roommate, who we are sad to see go, just moved into a new place with her partner. So Yaya and myself are looking for the right person to join our home 🙂 Right now we are one each gender, and open to a person of either gender or in between to fill the third room! We are both in our 20’s/30’s working creatives and professionals, and love our Venice laid-back lifestyle! We love this apartment and have been here a while making it feel warm and home-y 🙂
Your room will come unfurnished (the pics show it decorated before) but we do have extra furniture for you if needed. The common areas are already furnished and decked out with furniture, art, and decór. We have a nice little patio that overlooks Pacific Ave and Westminster Dog Park. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit, full kitchen, and spacious and sunny common area spaces. We all split internet/utilities, which comes out to about $40/mo. Your room comes with 2 reserved parking spots, behind the building (a big deal if you know Venice)!

~Yaya (female, late 20s) is a teacher who loves to cook, meditate, read, go to the beach, and explore local co-ops and farmers markets!
~Doyle (male, mid-30s) runs online vintage shop and does art/tech business development work from home. He loves skating, catching sunsets on the beach, going to art gallery openings, hosting art nights, and exploring live music and poetry readings!
~ Move in is 1st month rent + 1 month security deposit ($1,350). We open are to dogs, but unfortunately allergic to cats 🙁
