🛋️ Common areas are furnished; you only need to furnish your bedroom & bathroom. House is shared with 1 other person (me).
💵 $1200/month (plus utilities, house cleaner, and lawncare, so about $1500/month) + $1200 security deposit upon move-in (refundable upon move-out)
🗓️ month-to-month sublease, stay however short or long you need (I am the leaseholder)
🐶🐈 pet friendly! I have 2 cats, super clean, loving, social, sweet, and well-behaved. Additional pets are welcome (as long as he/she/they are not rambunctious or destructive 😅) My cats have had play dates with my friends’ pets (both dogs and cats) and they take kindly to visitors and make them feel welcome / make friends easily. 💕
