I’m am in search of an awesome housemate to join me in my beautiful home in the the West Hollywood Hills, Laurel Canyon area. It is truly a hidden gem, very private, surrounded by nature near the Houdini Estate.
The Home:
• Availability: Move-in date is March 15th, with flexibility until April 1st.
• Your Space: You will have two connected private rooms with hardwood floors, lots of natural light from large windows and skylights, lovely wooden walls in one room, nice views of nature. The home is nicely furnished and your rooms are unfurnished. Bring your magic!:)
There is one shared bathroom with separate shower and awesome deep soaking tub.
The property has a large, gated private driveway and is surrounded by nature, including avocado, persimmon, and citrus trees, space for gardening, an herb garden, and a hillside adorned with succulents. Lots of outdoor spaces to lounge. The main house is spacious and full of character with a large stone fireplace and upper reading/lounge room. While it’s mostly furnished, there may be room for some additional items or we can re-imagine the space if you have some amazing pieces you want to bring. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware & there is also a full outdoor pantry! I welcome you to bring more kitchen supplies:) Let’s cook!
I am the only other resident, creative, grounded, and a good communicator. I value a peaceful home environment but also enjoy planned social gatherings now and then. I love art, cooking, gardening, travel, healing studies, music, etc. I have a home music studio and love to make music but I am also respectful with sound, appreciating both music and quiet time. Music makers and meditators are welcome!
I have one cat. One other kitty could be a possibility:) If you have a super chill, small dog who does not bark or chase cats, maybe we can discuss but my kitty prefers not to share space with pups.
• Rent: $2,800 per month, plus utilities.
• Deposit: One month’s rent.
