– Cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath house shared with 2 females, within walking distance of downtown and close to the San Gabriel mountains and many nature hikes (view of the mountains from our front yard)
– Shared vegatable garden and composting system (backhouse is home to a family: mom, dad, teen girl, and 6-year-old boy)
– Outdoor shower and bathtub
Available Room:
– Large, unfurnished room with closet
– Shared bathroom with 1 roomate and guests
– Deposit: $1100
– Utilities split equally (water, trash, electricity, gas, wifi)
Looking for a 7-month lease: Dec 15 – July 15
