We are renting out a nice sized, sunlit filled bedroom with its own private bathroom. The room is furnished with a full sized bed, side table, sitting chair and closet for storage/clothes. The rental includes access to a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area and living room. We also have a large backyard with an outdoor dining table, BBQ, covered patio, shade trees, hammock and roses. You’ll be sharing the home with myself, my husband and our sweet cat. We are looking for a conscientious, responsible, respectful and clean person on a month to month basis. Plenty of street parking available on a lovely, residential, tree-lined street. Wifi and utilities included.
