We have a studio apartment behind our house that we’re renting out. Includes a shared yard and hot tub. Bonus points if you’re up for occasional babysitting (we would pay, of course!) and if you want to help me build a climbing training wall. No wild, late parties (we’ve got kids and neighbors).
