We have a beautiful room available in our 4 bedroom Topanga mountain sanctuary.
We are looking for a roommate who cherishes a peaceful atmosphere, retreat energy and positive vibes.
Our 4 bedroom sanctuary sits on a dead end street, and is a 2 minute walk onto a trailhead which meanders through the mountains for miles. The house has a fireplace, a garden overlooking the mountains, raised bed gardens for veggie planting, washer/dryer, and a communal kitchen. This is heaven on earth for the right person.
The room available has high ceilings with a fan, and a big window facing our private backyard. The bathroom is shared with one other clean and conscientious female and has jack & jill separate sinks, and a deep bathtub.
We are three females-
One is a transformational coach, one a yoga teacher, and the other is a stylist assistant.
We are looking for someone who is CLEAN, LIVES A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, and whom is CONSCIENTIOUS to retreat into a nourishing space surrounded by nature. This home is a SANCTUARY to us, and we treat it that way.
We aren’t cooking meat in the house, and we aren’t drinking or smoking in the house either. We are into health, wellness, yoga, meditation, music and living a beautiful life!

$1,400 a month + 1,400 security
Electric & propane are separate. Wifi is included.
