I am a single female in my 30’s. I have an 8 year old rescue dog. We lead an active lifestyle of hiking and beach adventures. I recently took a new job outside of Malibu and my primary residence will be in my other city. I will return to my 1st floor en-suite on some weekends and holidays.
You will have primary access to the entire 2nd floor suite which include a bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a large double closet. A private bathroom with shower/tub. A furnished living room with fireplace and large walkout patio. A fully furnished kitchen with brand new refrigerator and microwave and a gently used oven and dishwasher. Laundry is free and on site.
The unit is part of a very quiet fourplex. Tenants must be conscientious and respectful of each other. No Smoking. Prefer tenants who live a sober lifestyle.
