Inside the house has AC units in each bedroom and one in the living room as well as a gas heater. A full kitchen, gas stove, and a washer and dryer. The house is furnished but the room that is available is not.
The home has 2 outdoor cats and 1 indoor as well as I very friendly dog who is almost done with his service dog training.
The neighborhood is amazing and safe! Walking distance from the main strip York Avenue where there are restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and local businesses. York Blvd is lively on the weekends! This house is across from an elementary school and I personally love the sounds of laughter in the day. There is ample street parking!
I am seeking a person to share this home and space with who loves animals and lives consciously. We don’t have to eat or cook together but typically with folks I live with– this is something we would do a few times a week. Looking for someone short or long term. The other room will become available late October so there’s the potential to sublet full home in late October.
