ABOUT THE HOUSE
We are located in the lush heart of Silverlake, walking distance from oodles of good stuff. We have a lovely backyard, great parking, and coin laundry too.
The room has a big mirror closet, and central AC. Your room would be on the top floor, and you would share the floor with 2 others, & the bathroom with only one other housemate.
ABOUT US
We’re 4 quiet creative folks, all respectful of each others’ personal space, work schedules, and keeping up with our assigned chores in a timely fashion. We love to connect & be conscious of others in the home. We are pretty damn clean so you must be someone who is clean/hygienic also, and willing to contribute to frequent cleaning.

REQUIREMENTS
– The rent for this room is $1395 per month (+ $1395 security deposit). Bills are an additional approx $70 bi-monthly (power & internet).
– $50.00 application fee (if chosen to take the room)
– Credit Check
– Reference call/letter (preferably from a landlord)
