We are looking to rent this to a singular individual, but are open to renting to a couple as well. This would be your own apartment (3rd + 4th floor) connected to a 4 story house.
You have your own private entrance.
The 3rd and 4th floors consist of 2 bedrooms interconnected, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchenette, an entire living room/ oversized office space, your own balcony and spacious deck overlooking the canyon homes.
*** If you are VEGAN(s) we are open to sharing the 1st floor kitchen as we have a plant based kitchen and we are both raw vegan chefs. The 1st floor has pristine hydro water filter system that you can use as well. ***
The master bedroom (2 rooms interconnected) is big and spacious.
The main bedroom has ample space to fit a King bed+ small nightstand + dresser, small desk or a futon/small couch or lounge chaise + more. The connecting room is big in length, with a cool chalkboard wall, and perfect for anyone with a huge wardrobe, or could be used as a writing studio, production studio etc.
Extremely quiet at night for great sleep and rest.
The kitchenette area includes a tall mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, electrical countertop oven, toaster oven, sink with garbage disposal, and bar countertop with 2 stools.
There would be no one living above or below your bedrooms.
You will have access to the washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. Also, on the 3rd floor there is a separate gym area which is common space.
You will have your own dedicated parking spot in the driveway carport – additional guest parking in front of the house.

No one sleeps above or below the bedroom. The room is very secure, all side doors have a metal gated door and can be opened for fresh air. The room can be heated with an electrical heater during any cold winter days. Your living room has a very powerful gas heater. There’s no central air conditioner, so we use fans and open windows to get fresh mountain air during the summer. There is an exterior door to the room that leads up to the driveway.
*** BONUS: there is a Kangen water ionizer + Multipure filter water system installed.
This is a 100% Smoke-free house INDOORS, you are welcome to use the patios or your door’s entrances to smoke. Note, there are stairs in the house, no elevator.
3 roommates in a huge 5,000 sq ft house (4 floors).
No parties, but it is still a fun laidback environment. Good vibes only and very busy with work. Feel free to ask any additional questions.
We require a first month’s rent + security deposit, references and decent credit. Lease is from Feb 1st until Nov 30, 2025, then can renew for 1 year lease after that.
Utilities will be split between roommates depending on the number of people that live at the house. We use AT&T 500+ speed Wifi Internet (upload and download speed).
