Hi, I am looking for a room or a single unit to rent for under $1000.00 for my self and also 2 days 2 nights a week I have my 13 year old son. This could be in a community or just with a house mate or so. Preferably the northwest area of Los Angeles in the valley or in or around Topanga though I am open to other areas in LA as well.

I have been a parent of one child for 13 years. He is a artistic and some what of a introvert though not always especially once he becomes more acquainted with the new person. He is very helpful and generous. His mom and I have been co-parenting for about 4 years now. I have him for 2 days and 2 nights out of the week. Thursday night- Saturday and I am usually working the rest of the week Sun-Thursday. For the last 18 years I have freelanced as a Eco builder and Floating Bed installer along with a number of other home upgrades and repairs.
