Apartment comes with a queen sized bed, sheets, futon, a full kitchen, bathroom, double closets and ample storage space. There is also a peaceful shared outdoor green space.
All utilities included along with 400/mb – high speed internet for any WFH needs.
Off-street garage parking available for a seperate fee, as well as free street parking.
Amenities:
-beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, surfboards, wet suits and a boogie board for beach days, plus more
-two working bicycles, yoga mats, foam rollers and a headstand chair
-full kitchen with dishes, cookware, silverware, microwave, spice cabinet, hot water kettle and vitamix

price;
$3,000 for the entire month. Must sign a temporary sublease contract.
Short-term; $150 a night with minimum one-week stay.
