This is an ideal opportunity for a person that likes any of the following topics: spirituality, art, content creation, music production, photography, videography, technology, plant medicine, plant based foods, dance, entrepreneurial life.
We are looking for a person who is financially stable and who is seeking a community that is creating big projects for positive impact in the world.
We are looking for an immediate occupant for November 10th but it is possible to move between November 10th and December 1st depending on circumstances.
We are looking for 2-month short term trial and then we are open for long term if it’s the right fit.

– We cannot accept pets at this time.
WHO WE ARE:
LUA and TAJ are the renters of the home.
We are a joyful couple who are self-employed serial entrepreneurs with multiple businesses and projects.
We work from home but have hobbies that keep us busy outside of the house and we also travel multiple times a year.

We occasionally have in-person meetings with our clients at home but normally we manage the business from our home office and conduct business through zoom calls.
Important things to note:
We want to keep a Vegan kitchen. There is a gourmet raw/vegan chef in the house and we are happy to collaborate on meals but we want to keep animal products out of the kitchen and so our ideal roomate would be ok with a Vegan kitchen. You can eat animal products outside of the house.
We also host live events on the property sometimes, so you will have to be open to having guests occasionally.
We do not provide furniture for the bedroom but the house will be generally furnished.
We have professional cameras and music recording equipment that will be available for you to use, this is a big value.
You would also, depending on logistics and circumstances, be able to host occasional events or have clients or friends come to the house.
