We would love a roommate who wouldn’t mind noise in the apartment at random hours of the day/night since we do have our recording studio at home.

My partner, RJ and I are full time creatives and work from home. Our lease is up for renewal in June and our current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend. We would be in one bedroom and you would have the other to yourself.
We’re both from NY/NJ an have lived in LA for the past few years. We’re in the music industry and do the majority of our recording in the living room studio. When we’re not working from home, we explore the neighborhood by walking to the different shops around here.
