We share a spacious five bedroom, three bathroom hillside home in a quiet residential community, surrounded by open views and natural light, with a February 1st move-in. The house is approximately 3,045 square feet, offering a comfortable balance of shared space and privacy, and currently has three roommates, with the setup ideal for a household of five.
The layout is open and light filled, with a central kitchen and dining area that naturally brings the household together. The kitchen is well equipped and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to cook, gather, and share meals. There are two separate living rooms, allowing for both connection and quiet downtime, as well as a dedicated music studio. The home includes a separate laundry room and has central air.
Outdoor space is a meaningful part of the home. A covered patio and large backyard open out to surrounding hills, creating a calm, grounded setting that feels removed from city noise while still being conveniently close to major freeways and everyday access. Nearby hiking areas make it easy to step into nature.
The household is made up of musicians and creatives and is generally quiet and respectful. From time to time, we enjoy hosting small, low key gatherings with friends. Cleanliness, mindfulness, and care for shared space are important to us. We do our best to keep common areas clean and expect everyone to clean up after themselves. Community matters here, alongside privacy and independence.
A cat and dog live in the home. Ideally no additional pets, though the right situation may be considered.
