We are a small household of musicians and creatives living in a quiet hillside home surrounded by nature. The home offers approximately 3,045 square feet of interior living space, allowing for comfortable shared living and personal space.
It has an open, light filled layout with two living rooms, laundry room, shared kitchen and dining areas, and a beautiful, well equipped kitchen that serves as the heart of the home. A dedicated music studio allows creative work to happen without taking over shared spaces.
The house includes a large backyard and covered patio, with nearby hiking areas and scenic hills. It feels removed from city noise while remaining conveniently close to major freeways.
The household is generally quiet and respectful, though we do enjoy hosting occasional low key gatherings with friends. We value cleanliness, respect for shared spaces, and a calm, health conscious environment. Community matters here, alongside privacy and independence.
A cat and dog live in the home. Ideally no additional pets, though the right situation may be considered.
