Ideally a woman who loves cats and is willing to share the apartment with conscious artist who lives in the other room. This is just a one month sublease all furnished and super clean.
The place is next to Runyon canyon 3 min walk from the hike. The living room is a creative space with a bed in the leaving room to read, chill and meditate. we also have a backdrop in the living room for photoshoots.
