I am looking for someone kind, reliable and clean to sublet my studio. The space is all yours, light filled, airy, nestled right in between the Venice Beach Boardwalk scene (skate park, surf spots, muscle beach) and hip Abbott Kinney Blvd. (shops, restaurants, bars galore). Both are a perfect 2 minute walk.
The apartment boasts beautiful views on 3 sides. The building has a great vibe, the neighbors are all super friendly, the whole place has a calm and fun spirit to it. I’m looking for someone who will appreciate and respect the energy of the place.
