I’m a full time pet sitter and sometimes I have a 1-3 day gap in between sits. I’ve found I don’t like Airbnbs so I bought a pop up tent. I found out the Los Angeles national forest is not particularly safe for tents so I thought I’d see if anyone would be interested in letting me set up my tent overnight. I have everything I need so I don’t need to come in your house at all. It’s easy set up so I can take it down during the day. Right now I’m fine but I’m just looking to the future. I was thinking maybe $15-20/night?

Each has a closet that is the length of an entire wall. The rooms overlook a quiet enclosed courtyard, with good south facing windows to light your days. Use the second room as an office, gym, or storage, or use the small one for sleeping and the big one as a recording studio – it’s up to you how to optimize your space(s). The bedrooms in the townhouse are on the second floor, and living spaces are on the first floor. Main living spaces are already fully furnished, but if you have a few things you want to add we can work that out.
