We have a spacious upstairs Master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, luxurious deep tub, and a separate hi-jet shower. The room has a large walk-in closet and there’s plenty of storage space in the house. It can come partially furnished or not as needed.

We live in a relaxed cul-de-sac neighborhood. There is a covered hang-out space in our backyard, and we have fruit trees, chickens, and a garden. We also have indoor-outdoor cats.

Additional small room available for office/den/bedroom: $500/mo., no extra deposit.

I’m looking for a place to continue my art and activism work. Having a safe space that is supportive is super important to me. I am a kind and easy-going person and a supportive community member. Creating a home with people where communication done with consciousness makes for such a pleasant environment. I have a service animal. Lucian is very well trained…he has to be to be a service animal. Even if you are renting a home that does not allow dogs they have to allow my dog. However if you’re allergic or have another pet that won’t get along, I certainly understand that! I’m very careful with what I allow him to do because his acceptance means my acceptance anywhere I go. I have many years of experience as a community organizer as well as Someone who has lived in intentional community. I’d be happy to live with others who have similar understandings. I am currently looking for a place starting June 1 but it could be as late as July 1. I need some open space, ocean, wildlands or a park not too terribly far away. I am open to looking for a place with someone else so we could leverage our shared finances. I can afford up to $1500.

I’m a full time pet sitter. I do sits through TrustedHousesitters and work for several pet sit companies. I’ve been doing it 3 years in Southern California and before that, I had my own small pet sitting and dog walking business in the Bay Area. I have many many great reviews I can send you. I love animals. I was just born that way. I’m older, super respectful of your home and at this point, home all the time to love and care for your pets. I’m a full time pet sitter and sometimes I have a 1-3 day gap in between sits. I’ve found I don’t like Airbnbs so I bought a pop up tent. I found out the Los Angeles national forest is not particularly safe for tents so I thought I’d see if anyone would be interested in letting me set up my tent overnight. I have everything I need so I don’t need to come in your house at all. It’s easy set up so I can take it down during the day. Right now I’m fine but I’m just looking to the future. I was thinking maybe $15-20/night?

There are two bedrooms up for grabs, with a bathroom that will be all yours. One, 12′ x 11.5′, is the room that’s $1250. A second room can also be yours (10.5′ x 9 ¾’) for just another $350/month. Each has a closet that is the length of an entire wall. The rooms overlook a quiet enclosed courtyard, with good south facing windows to light your days. Use the second room as an office, gym, or storage, or use the small one for sleeping and the big one as a recording studio – it’s up to you how to optimize your space(s). The bedrooms in the townhouse are on the second floor, and living spaces are on the first floor. Main living spaces are already fully furnished, but if you have a few things you want to add we can work that out.
