What do you get in the house?
There are two bedrooms up for grabs, with a bathroom that will be all yours. One, 12′ x 11.5′, is the room that’s $1250. A second room can also be yours (10.5′ x 9 ¾’) for just another $350/month. Each has a closet that is the length of an entire wall. The rooms overlook a quiet enclosed courtyard, with good south facing windows to light your days. Use the second room as an office, gym, or storage, or use the small one for sleeping and the big one as a recording studio – it’s up to you how to optimize your space(s). The bedrooms in the townhouse are on the second floor, and living spaces are on the first floor. Main living spaces are already fully furnished, but if you have a few things you want to add we can work that out. Living room has a record player, dining room has a well stocked bar, kitchen has a 10 in 1 toaster oven – you want it, it’s here.
