About us:
We are made up of high performing professionals with a steady career/project/income who is looking to be around others who are deeply focused and committed to their projects and then also know how to relax and laugh at jokes. We function as a family really, looking for someone who wants a beautiful home to enjoy while they grind on their projects. Ideally an established professional who is interested in contributing to the energy of the group and open to collaborating with others.
We are located in a private gated neighborhood at the top of the hill in Studio City with amazing 180º views at the top of a mountain. We value collaboration, creation, and moving ahead on our goals.
We laugh together, we hang out, the occasional family dinner, and we are there for one another. We also have our own lives. We value self-development, clear and open communication, and keeping the house good and clean. Together we have skills and talents that work well together and allows us to collaborate or create new opportunities for one another.
About the House:
The house is very large 3-story house so we have plenty of space for privacy but also the ability to gather and be social. We have almost 180 degree views outside of the living room and dinning areas and balconies with views. We have multiple balconies and a large deck made for entertaining with outdoor speakers, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and more. Lots of nature and trees, amazing views all around the house, with all the kitchen tools a home could need. Cleaning every 3 weeks. This community home is 8 years old going on its 9th!
We’re looking for someone who is ready to stay at least 6 months or longer.
Utilities are about $220/mo including cleaning, etc..
