The two available bedrooms are both on their own floors of the house with their own bathrooms. One is a large bedroom big enough to include a sitting area, and the other is actually two bedrooms.
I’m the third roommate and I will be home much less often. Me and my husband are planning to move to this house in June 2027. Until then I would love the home to have an era of great roommate living. I believe great roommates are much better than living alone!

He smokes tobacco away from the house when he visits. He’s a tech guy, musician, and good-natured geek who loves MtG and DnD.
I am sober and substance-free (not in recovery, just prefer living clean and clear). I am also mostly plant-based and sensitive to chemicals. I am a counselor and intuitive coach, and I facilitate ecstatic and sacred dance, love music, random dance parties, sharing meals, and getting to the beach as often as possible.
This property is unique. It’s an urban oasis near downtown Monrovia in a sweet little neighborhood. The property has 2 houses – the one I’m in with the 3 total bedrooms, and a smaller 2 bedroom house in the back occupied by a family with a teen and 6 yo. We share the garden space and also weave community together. There is also an outdoor open-air building that we share with them.
