There are three peers and a rope swing into the lake along with BBQs and picnic tables. I often take my paddle board out on the lake on the weekends. There are foxes, deer and various species of birds that frequent my front and back yard. I am working on a garden and have space if you are into gardening. I have a large back patio if you I like to sit on and enjoy the sounds of nature or the stars at night. I am earth friendly, compost and don’t use pesticides. I am looking for someone to share my space who is into conscious living. I’m mostly plant based, I don’t drink. I have a bedroom for rent with a closet and a full detached bathroom. Hello Community! I’m going out of town for a month starting February 22-March23rd. I have totally private one bedroom bungalow in venice with private outdoor space to enjoy! There is a small garden in the front of the house that has fresh herbs and lemons at the moment. You also have your own private laundry room. I have a cat named Princess Gracie Jones that would need to be fed once a day while I’m away. She’s free range indoor/outdoor so there is no kitty litter to deal with. This place is a little oasis! Since I’m a Pilates instructor, I have my indoor studio Peak Pilates Reformer ready to enjoy.

I am looking for the right person to sublet my home in topanga canyon from Dec 20, 2022-Jan 24, 2023. It is a private studio with a lofted bed, a mini kitchen, and a huge outdoor deck. At the time of writing this I am considering buying a sauna too, so that may be in before I leave town. There is a private garden, sometimes deer and owls come by.
There are hiking trails to eagle rock and topanga state park from the backyard.
the cabin is totally private, although the bathroom is shared with one other person in a separate structure. My neighbors are lovely, and the neighbor that I share with travels often.
