I have a few fully furnished rooms to choose from (although furniture can be removed if needed), all with ocean view, ranging from 2,000 – 3,000 (one room is a very large double room that was once two separate rooms)- all utilities/wifi included. Month to month rental, with option for long term. NO PETS.
Personally, I design highly curated experiences for successful men, and have self-expression programs for women, as well as create and produce transformational performance art. I’m creative, outgoing, deep, intense, playful, cuddly, and thrive on intelligent, creative connections, collaborations) I split time between Encinitas and Austin, and the owner of the home splits his time between Encinitas and Baja. We both pop in and out of the home and travel quite a bit.
The Life House offers a spacious sanctuary setting for people to gather, create, rejuvenate, and connect with the beauty of this place.
To the west are incredible views of the mountain range with spectacular sunsets, and to the east are wide open plains, with hiking trails along the mesa, and inspiring sunrises.
The Life House is located on the southeast edge of Boulder, Colorado, and is a 10 minute drive from downtown Boulder.
We have a guest room we rent out to friends on occasion, and we rent it out by the night ($85/ night). This room is fully furnished, with access to a full bathroom and personal walk-in closet. This room is intended for short-term rentals, ranging from a couple days to a couple weeks.
It is a shared living context, as there are others living in the house, but the people here and passing through, are all an excellent caliber of human.
The house is large, spacious, and well designed for hosting and creating the right environment for all types of social, family and work experiences.
You’ll have the large beautiful master suite privately located on the first level tucked away from the main living area. The suite feels extra spacious with its soaring ceilings, natural light, large bathroom, and walk-in closet.
This custom home was newly built in 2017 with over 4,000 square feet of living space. As you can see by the floor plan, the home has a flowing layout. It’s located in a very safe, coveted neighborhood just a mile from the Sierra Madre Village. The second master and 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor.
You will have full access to the main level, except for Mark’s home office where he works from home as a consultant in the construction industry. I am currently a stay-at-home mom. We are not at all territorial and are very happy to share everything in the common living areas! The house is pretty well equipped, so it is not essential that you bring your own kitchen stuff, etc. However, we have a separate small self-contained “wok kitchen” that you would be more than welcome to call your own if desired.
We are looking for a hard-working professional female who is very neat and clean (very neat and clean :)) and can demonstrate a steady income. Mark and I have very busy schedules but do like to let loose, to go out and have fun (we don’t necessarily act our age). We are a health-conscious, athletic family. Mark is an accomplished triathlete. Our daughter, who skipped a grade, graduates this spring. Our son, a high school football and track star, is currently a junior in high school. We strive to keep a steady schedule with the kids fixing dinner at home most nights around 7 pm. We are open to eating dinner together at your desire!
We have one washer and dryer to share and thus, would need to set a loose schedule for their use. Our kids are not always thoughtful about taking their stuff out of the dryer or washer as soon as they are finished…so this is something we would need everyone to strive for, especially the kids ;)!
Because we have impressionable teens in the home, we have to be more particular with finding the right fit. As parents, we have to be careful about who is coming and going into the home. We do not want to prohibit the entertaining of guests. We would need to discuss your desires and establish an understanding to determine if we would be a good fit. This can be a bit tricky to navigate, right?
You must like animals as we have two furbabies that are very much a part of the family. We also have two horses that are stabled nearby. I am a trained Reiki Master; my specialty is animal reiki.
To recap, the ideal person to share our home with will possess the following:
good steady income, likes and needs to keep the home neat and clean (I’m the maid for the common areas and greatly appreciate help keeping it clean), friendly, out-going, respectful of other’s belongings, and respectful of each other’s need for quiet time. And, most importantly, thoughtful about the energy that is brought into the home.
Renting out my fully renovated beach bungalow in Ocean Park for December with the option of extending. The apartment is in extraordinary condition. All furniture are brand new. It comes with lots of extras such as washer/dryer, cold press juicer, king size bed, heating etc.

Hello! My name is David, and I’m looking for a roommate for my 2 bed/2 bath home in Highland Park, starting August 1st. (I’m open to September 1 move in).
You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. This home was recently renovated and all the finishes, fixtures, and materials are new. It has central AC/heat, as well as a washer/dryer. There is a small garage in the back that can provide a little extra storage if needed.
This house and neighborhood are super charming! The street has a real sense of community and is around the corner from Amara Kitchen and a 5 minute drive from all the restaurants and bars in the heart of the Highland Park (York). It’s very close to the 110 and Interstate 5.
I will have the great room / kitchen fully furnished and decorated (still waiting on a few furniture deliveries), and I have a fair number of plants as well.
A little about me:
I’m a very easy-going, kind, respectful, and peaceful roommate. I own my own company. I rent an office and only occasionally work from home. I also travel at least once a month and sometimes more.

A modern, new luxury home fit snugly in a brand new colorful suburban neighborhood in East Austin, 15 minutes from the Airport, Downtown and Mueller. The 2 other main people living here are in conscious finance & partner dance. We sometimes have women’s gatherings, moon circles and dance classes in the large living room space, a couple times per month that you get to benefit from! Our male tenant owns the home, and he is of the highest integrity of all men I know. Female tenant is very loving and helpful, and both of them are 2 of my best friends. I am looking for a conscious, responsible & clean individual to blend into my space with my community members, while enjoying my large sunshine-filled bedroom and large walk-in closet. You’ll share a bathroom with the one female who is home part-time. I’ll be gone for 3-6 months and need a responsible, conscious adult to take over my rent and utilities for that flexible timeline . We welcome you to stay in this peaceful and centrally-located private studio and shared smart house! This is a safe residential neighborhood with the perks of having an 85 walk score. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and a 6 min drive to the beach (or 15 min on bike)! Not to mention the close proximity to LAX without the airplane noise. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, dining table, and a flat-screen TV, play station, and a Firestick. The home comes with fully upgraded stainless steel appliances and luxury furnishings such as a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, and oven. For security, the front door is equipped with a Schlage lock in addition to multiple external Ring Cameras and floodlights (there are no cameras inside the unit). There is a shared yard with a basketball hoop and two patio lounge areas. One that is private to you and the other that is shared with my partner, myself, and our mini poodle. The space is ideal for outdoor bbq hangs since the weather is always perfect by the beach. You will also have access to the main house which includes a gourmet kitchen, living room with fireplace, guest room/office/music studio, and washer/dryer. We hope to create a comfortable community where we can possibly jointly host gatherings, enjoy dinner together, co-work etc. It is important to us to be compatible with our new housemates.
