up for sublet is the place i have called my sanctuary for the last few years. it is one unit all to yourself in a three unit historic spanish house. i am looking for someone to take over my sublease indefinitely starting in either May, July or August at the latest. currently i am month to month and am waiting to find my next perfect place before i leave this one. so ideally you are flexible with your move in date.
the house is situated atop a small mountain and has private parking and views for days. can not count how many sunsets i’ve watched here. in this downstairs unit there is tile throughout and so so much natural light. also a private balcony right off your living room and bedroom and tons of outdoors space to start that garden you’ve been wanting. unit also has a non pictured walk in closet. all outdoor spaces are communal minus your private balcony, no one will use that. be warned, you will wake up to birdsong!
the other house mates (in their own units) are who you will be subleasing from and they are two single, 50+ women who are very quiet! they also enjoy the peacefulness.
the place is $1850 and all utilities are split evenly between the three units.

the actual only downside it that the bathroom is small.

My 2 mellow bunnies would ideally stay in the apartment. They are quiet and sweet, you mostly have to refill their hay, water and veggies daily. Rent is discounted assuming this works for you, but if not, let me know and we can figure something else out.
I am happy to pay for my bunny sitter to pass by occasionally if you need someone to fill in for a day or weekend where you’re not around, and my friends in the neighborhood are also available if anything should come up.
Ideally would like to rent out the whole month, but open to shorter terms for good people.
We usually rent this out as a furnished monthly rental for $2250, but we are offering it for the right person as we often are down to the wite getting the kids from school and need backup! Super easy gig and and an even more epic spot with even cuter kiddos.

The apartment is divided between two floors. Upstairs, 1 Master Bedroom, 1 office that can be used as a second bedroom and 2 Baths. Downstairs, a huge living room space and dining space with high ceilings and a small cozy, green patio. High speed internet/wi-fi, TV / entertainment, fully equipped kitchen, work stations in both bedrooms and in outdoor patio. Since I’m a Pilates instructor, I have my indoor studio Peak Pilates Reformer ready to enjoy.

I am looking for the right person to sublet my home in topanga canyon from Dec 20, 2022-Jan 24, 2023. It is a private studio with a lofted bed, a mini kitchen, and a huge outdoor deck. At the time of writing this I am considering buying a sauna too, so that may be in before I leave town. There is a private garden, sometimes deer and owls come by.
There are hiking trails to eagle rock and topanga state park from the backyard.
the cabin is totally private, although the bathroom is shared with one other person in a separate structure. My neighbors are lovely, and the neighbor that I share with travels often.
There is an outdoor clawfoot bathtub as well.
Wifi, water, utilities are all included..
I am seeking: a conscious, meditative individual that can treat my cabin like a little sanctuary. I work as an intuitive healer and an artist, so it is important that whoever stays here understands this is a goddess temple, not a party house.
