There is a small garden in the front of the house that has fresh herbs and lemons at the moment. You also have your own private laundry room. I have a cat named Princess Gracie Jones that would need to be fed once a day while I’m away. She’s free range indoor/outdoor so there is no kitty litter to deal with. This place is a little oasis! I’m looking for a responsible person to treat this place like it’s their own while I’m away on holiday.

There is 1 BEDROOM available
October 15th in our 3br, 1ba house in Culver City. Some important info:
– The room comes with a closet that is 5′ wide.
– There is a door that leads you directly to the back yard (W), as well as a window that looks over the driveway (N)
– The yard is really spacious and has a firepit. Lots of hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees that dig the flowers, not the humans.
– There is a garage that is for storage (boxes, bikes, etc.) only.
– We park in the driveway and move cars as needed. Permit parking is necessary if you want to leave your car on the street.
– There is a washer/drier in-unit.
– Your deposit will be $750, and when you choose to leave, you’ll receive that back from the roommate who took your spot OR if the lease is ended by the current holder , you’ll receive it back from the landlords.
– Utilities are split equally between the 3 rooms, which average about $130/mo.
