ABOUT THE HOUSE
We are located in the heart of Silver Lake, walking distance from oodles of good stuff. We are one side of a large 3 story duplex (5br/3ba). We have a lovely backyard, great parking, & coin laundry in bldg too.
The room has it’s own mirror closet, central ac, and you’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other housemate. We are super clean so you must be someone who is clean & hygienic also, and willing to contribute to frequent cleaning.
ABOUT US
We’re creative folks (2 a married couple who occupy the lower level). Your room would be on the top floor, which you would share with 2 others, but you’d be sharing the bathroom with just one other housemate. We are respectful of each others’ personal space, work schedules, and keeping up with our assigned chores in a timely fashion.

The rent for this room is $1300.00 per month (+ $1300.00 security deposit), excluding bills which include DWP, + internet (approx $70 bi-monthly)
There is construction of 2 houses being built across the road, which starts around 7am, so ideal for early risers or deep sleepers.
Viewing the place is free, but if you’re chosen to take the room there is a $50 non refundable application fee that goes toward a credit check. We’re also going to need a landlord reference check to weed out the riff-raff.

While we relish occasional social gatherings, we uphold a tranquil, drama-free atmosphere, welcoming mindful consumption of alcohol and marijuana. No tobacco smokers, please. We’re seeking a clean, easygoing individual who appreciates nature and easy access to city life’s cultural richness.
Long-term renters are preferred (6 months-3 years). The room will be available Aug 1, 2024

Bright beautiful studio fully furnished with queen sized bed, futon couch, desk, huge closet, dressers bed side console, lamps that have plug and usb outlet, two large windows providing all day light. Futon couch folds out into extra long twin bed. The bathroom has a nice bathtub and plenty of storage in vanity and shelf. The space is ready for you to drop your suit case and enjoy the beach lifestyle.
Fully stocked Kitchenet has sink, hot plate cook top and nice apartment sized refrigerated. The property has a whole house water filtration system, bidets on all toilets, beautiful garden.
The property is a triplex, other units on property with, quiet considerate neighbors. One is a chef and the other is the property manager and massage therapist.
This is a synthetic fragrance free property. No cologne, perfume, candles, incense, body spray, air fresheners, or scented laundry products. Essential oils or sage are fine.

Right on Pacific, less than a half block from Venice blvd with the corner store, Bellisimo, Ospi, and the new Sí Mon. A block and a half from Windward circle and everything there; and of course- one block from the Beach.
The apartment was renovated less than 5 years ago, and features a beautiful wide open kitchen/living room with fireplace, an awesome roofdeck, parking in back, and of course…amazing roomies!! 🙂
We are low maintenance, high respect people- and are looking for someone (all genders welcome) who can be fun and social, but most importantly handle their biz and be respectful of the space, neighbors, etc.

Anywho, it’s been a while since I have posted one of these things so not sure what else to mention… The room isn’t Huge, but has more than ample space- and has been very well kept up. The pictures I just uploaded aren’t the Best, but all I had with me here as I sit in film scoring class! Will see if I can snap a few more in the coming days. It has great light, and you can essentially decorate it as you wish. The rent ($1800) is ALL inclusive- for room, utilities(power+wifi), use of furniture/tv etc already in the room, and parking.

We have a beautiful modern little house in Encino in a quiet peaceful neighborhood near Balboa Park. We looked at many many houses before we picked this one because it’s so clean modern and new but affordable we are looking for one roommate to share with one other roommate, that’s two people total, we have puppies and dogs outside in our huge yard so you must be dog friendly.
