My boyfriend and I are going on the road Sept and October! We are seeking ONE kind, respectful and quiet person to sublet our furnished bedroom in a wonderful house in Westchester LA
(10 min from LAX, 20 from Venice beach)
The house would be shared with one sweet quiet male roommate in his late 20s and our other roommate lives in Vegas and stays in the house MAYBE two days out of the month
Super cute neighborhood, safe, quiet, tons of parking with no street signs
Cute backyard, two living rooms, one bathroom shared, bright kitchen.
One sweet kitty lives here so no pets unfortunately

Hi potential future roommate! Let us tell you about the house:
There is 1 BEDROOM available
October 15th in our 3br, 1ba house in Culver City. Some important info:
– The room comes with a closet that is 5′ wide.
– There is a door that leads you directly to the back yard (W), as well as a window that looks over the driveway (N)
– The yard is really spacious and has a firepit. Lots of hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees that dig the flowers, not the humans.
– There is a garage that is for storage (boxes, bikes, etc.) only.
– We park in the driveway and move cars as needed. Permit parking is necessary if you want to leave your car on the street.
– There is a washer/drier in-unit.
– Your deposit will be $750, and when you choose to leave, you’ll receive that back from the roommate who took your spot OR if the lease is ended by the current holder , you’ll receive it back from the landlords.
– Utilities are split equally between the 3 rooms, which average about $130/mo.

Master Bedroom suite with Private bathroom and ergonomic workspace. Part of a 3 bedroom apartment located 10min from LAX and 12min to the beach. Sleep in comfort with a high quality, Dr. preferred ortho mattress and pillows. A small but easy to access Gym Relax on the Patio and play on the Basketball Court Coffee, Tea, and Filtered Water available Cable TV, HBO, Netflix, and Hulu available on a 50″ Roku TV DM me if you are intersted. Amazon, Marshalls, Ralphs, CVS and any restaurants you can think of with in 3 minutes walk
