The layout is open and light filled, with a central kitchen and dining area that naturally brings the household together. The kitchen is well equipped and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to cook, gather, and share meals. There are two separate living rooms, allowing for both connection and quiet downtime, as well as a dedicated music studio. The home includes a separate laundry room and has central air.
Outdoor space is a meaningful part of the home. A covered patio and large backyard open out to surrounding hills, creating a calm, grounded setting that feels removed from city noise while still being conveniently close to major freeways and everyday access. Nearby hiking areas make it easy to step into nature.
The household is made up of musicians and creatives and is generally quiet and respectful. From time to time, we enjoy hosting small, low key gatherings with friends. Cleanliness, mindfulness, and care for shared space are important to us. We do our best to keep common areas clean and expect everyone to clean up after themselves. Community matters here, alongside privacy and independence.
A cat and dog live in the home. Ideally no additional pets, though the right situation may be considered.

I’m looking for two roommates to share a gorgeous three-bedroom house in Silver Lake. It has great outdoor space and it’s steps from the reservoir, shops and restaurants.
The two available bedrooms are both on their own floors of the house with their own bathrooms. One is a large bedroom big enough to include a sitting area, and the other is actually two bedrooms.
I’m the third roommate and I will be home much less often. Me and my husband are planning to move to this house in June 2027. Until then I would love the home to have an era of great roommate living. I believe great roommates are much better than living alone!

Hi All, looking for housemates to join me in a beautiful newly renovated 3br/2ba on the edge of Chinatown/Echo park. Unique aesthetics, beautifully tended outdoor space shared with the landlord who lives in a separate house on the lot. Extremely walkable and close to freeways, but in a quiet immediate area.
I am an actor and musician so you will have to be comfortable with some sound in the house, but I keep a regular schedule and most sound will be restricted to midday hours, early evenings only with advance notice. I am also out of town a lot so when I’m not there you have the run of the place!
It’s an intimate space in some ways and residents will have to flow well together, but I think the rewards are high–it is designed more beautifully than any place I’ve seen, the gardens are soothing, and the location is outstanding. Laundry in unit, all new appliances and renovated bathrooms. Ample street parking but also you can rent a parking space two blocks away from the management company for about $100/month I believe. Two bedrooms available, a master with en suite bathroom, and another which has the largest closet in the house. I’m working out how to price the rooms but I’m thinking $1450 for the master and $1300 for the other. I’m also open to sharing with just one housemate, paying more and having an extra room/bathroom available to us both but I think I prefer to save some money and start with 3 for now.
