You would sign a month-to-month lease. It is only a $500 non-refundable deposit. And $100 non-refundable pet fee (if you have any pets- please read below).
Itās a big bedroom with a private bathroom, a walk-in closet and has an A/C, in a very safe neighborhood and building located on the second floor.
Bedroom is furnished. It has a new Queen Mattress with new bed frame and drawers next to bed with a lamps, and a desk.
MOVE IN READY AUGUST 1st (after 6pm) or anytime on the 2nd!!
The entire apartment (2 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms) itself is about 1600 ft.Ā²
Iām located on Franklin and Ivar: 90068.
Hollywood hills but more specifically āHollywood Dellā area. Thereās a nice park/dog park on the corner. Theres a beautiful temple around the corner also. Can see Hollywood sign with a 2 minute walk. Very safe, nice area!
Very spacious private bedroom and bathroom with private (locked) entrance locate inside a big beautiful apartment with one other bedroom. There is lots of light, but also have dark shades for your preference in the room. There is a huge walk-in closet. A wonderful pool in the back with a BBQ. Laundry is also on site (no quarters, only bluetooth). Friendly neighbors, we have community BBQs from time to time especially in summer.
Prime location for everything. Great views. I am a very clean and organized person so it is important to have a clean home always.
Rent for the room is $1600 plus utilities (which we split, but note: depending on if itās summer months or winter months on the electric bill cost) but generally around $120 a month (winter/fall/spring) up to $250 a month (summer). All the utilities that we split is Electricity, Wi-Fi (Spectrum), Gas (oven/heat), and miscellaneous shared kitchen things, such as garbage bags, and paper towels, etc. I send screenshots of everything and use Splitwise. I also get a house cleaner (about every or every other month) to do a deep cleaning for the entire apartment, which is only $120, that we also split.
Walking distance: the Metro (Hollywood and Vine), CVS, Trader Joes, a park/dog park, Hollywood Blvd, Sunset Blvd, Hollywood and Highland Mall, and 101 north and south is literally a 30 second drive.
I do have a 19-year-old friendly dog, Roxie that I have had her whole life. I would prefer not to have any other dogs only because of my dogs age and I just dont want her to feel uncomfortable in her own home, BUT if you have a small dog that is SUPER chill, does NOT shed, is well taken care of, and obviously most definitely potty trainedāwe can definitely talk about the possibility!
I love all animals honestly! I love cats, just as long as theyāre friendly (especially to Roxie), donāt jump on counters, and the litter box stays in your room. Cats okay šš¼ Im cool with snakes too.
House comes with air fryer/multifunctional oven, kettle, blender, french press, pots pans, other kitchen utensils, and the basics.
I have a pool and BBQ in the back and laundry on site! It would be street parking for you if you have a car. Street sweeping is Monday 8am-10am.
There is working elevator in the building too.
No loud music at night, no parties, no drugs (420 ok), no couples, no kids. Sorry š

It really is a GREAT place- which is probably why I have lived here for almost 20 years now!!
Right on Pacific, less than a half block from Venice blvd with the corner store, Bellisimo, Ospi, and the new SĆ Mon. A block and a half from Windward circle and everything there; and of course- one block from the Beach.
The apartment was renovated less than 5 years ago, and features a beautiful wide open kitchen/living room with fireplace, an awesome roofdeck, parking in back, and of course…amazing roomies!! š

Anywho, it’s been a while since I have posted one of these things so not sure what else to mention… The room isn’t Huge, but has more than ample space- and has been very well kept up. The pictures I just uploaded aren’t the Best, but all I had with me here as I sit in film scoring class! Will see if I can snap a few more in the coming days. It has great light, and you can essentially decorate it as you wish. The rent ($1800) is ALL inclusive- for room, utilities(power+wifi), use of furniture/tv etc already in the room, and parking.

We have a beautiful modern little house in Encino in a quiet peaceful neighborhood near Balboa Park. We looked at many many houses before we picked this one because itās so clean modern and new but affordable we are looking for one roommate to share with one other roommate, thatās two people total, we have puppies and dogs outside in our huge yard so you must be dog friendly. The rent is 1800 including utilities.

I have a very spacious room available for rent in my charming two-story, two-bedroom apartment centrally located near The Grove/ Beverly Hills. Thereās also a grotto-like backyard equipped with a sectional sofa, firepit, outdoor lighting, and a light canopy, great for dining under the stars or having a morning coffee.
The sizable room for rent is located on the second floor with high ceilings and a wall dedicated to closet space. The building itself is a charming, 1930ās tri-plex that has a lot of character: hardwood floors, crown molding, and high ceilings. The unit overlooks S. Orange Grove Ave with plenty of street (permit) parking in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is fully furnished with in-unit WASHER & DRYER thanks to yours truly, but the room for rent is not furnished.
Whoever takes the room will be sharing a bathroom (has both a separate shower AND tub) with a clean quiet guy (going through a divorce from husband, hence the room for rent). Thereās also a powder room downstairs. But youāre free to use the common spaces and enjoy the amenities both indoor and outdoor. Oh and thereās also one very sweet dog that likes to cuddle, Shelby.
Ideally, Iām looking for a young female professional that has an office job/does NOT work from home, a nurse would be great (!), and/or a young professional that travels a lot ?. I do work from home for the most part, but tend to travel here and there where Iām gone for a week at a time. I’m an interior designer, so let’s just say the place looks pretty amazing. The dining room is my office, but I’m open to clearing the laptop and design samples for an “adult contemporary” dinner party/ gathering.
