I am looking for someone kind, reliable and clean to sublet my studio. The space is all yours, light filled, airy, nestled right in between the Venice Beach Boardwalk scene (skate park, surf spots, muscle beach) and hip Abbott Kinney Blvd. (shops, restaurants, bars galore). Both are a perfect 2 minute walk.
The apartment boasts beautiful views on 3 sides. The building has a great vibe, the neighbors are all super friendly, the whole place has a calm and fun spirit to it. I’m looking for someone who will appreciate and respect the energy of the place.

My 2 mellow bunnies would ideally stay in the apartment. They are quiet and sweet, you mostly have to refill their hay, water and veggies daily. Rent is discounted assuming this works for you, but if not, let me know and we can figure something else out.
I am happy to pay for my bunny sitter to pass by occasionally if you need someone to fill in for a day or weekend where you’re not around, and my friends in the neighborhood are also available if anything should come up.
Ideally would like to rent out the whole month, but open to shorter terms for good people.

Although this furnished studio is small, she is CHARMING and QUAINT with great energy if I do say so myself. Windows face west for afternoon sun. All utilities (electricity, gas, water) included along with 400/mb – high speed internet for any WFH needs. A couple sets of washer/dryers are located in the building.
