We share a spacious five bedroom, three bathroom hillside home in a quiet residential community, surrounded by open views and natural light, with a February 1st move-in. The house is approximately 3,045 square feet, offering a comfortable balance of shared space and privacy, and currently has three roommates, with the setup ideal for a household of five.
The layout is open and light filled, with a central kitchen and dining area that naturally brings the household together. The kitchen is well equipped and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to cook, gather, and share meals. There are two separate living rooms, allowing for both connection and quiet downtime, as well as a dedicated music studio. The home includes a separate laundry room and has central air.
Outdoor space is a meaningful part of the home. A covered patio and large backyard open out to surrounding hills, creating a calm, grounded setting that feels removed from city noise while still being conveniently close to major freeways and everyday access. Nearby hiking areas make it easy to step into nature.
The household is made up of musicians and creatives and is generally quiet and respectful. From time to time, we enjoy hosting small, low key gatherings with friends. I am currently seeking a roommate to occupy the larger bedroom in my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Located in the West LA neighborhood of Jefferson Park! The apartment is a back building walk-up in a 4-unit complex.
The neighborhood is pretty central to LA. Favorites like The Grove and K-Town are about a 15-20 min drive away, and it takes less than 5 min to reach the 10.
The room is available ASAP-March 1, at the latest. The lease terminates at the end of June. This is a small community offering various amenities, including an in-unit washer/dryer, fenced backyard, dishwasher, garage parking (tandem), and a balcony. The bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom and gets the best sunset views! 😍
Depending on when you can move in, we can discuss a prorated price. The rent for the room is $1,550.50 + utilities and the deposit would be $1,497. The application fee is $55. And there’s a fee to change the names on the lease that’s $200 (we can easily split that).
