This 4 Plex is a very centrally located property and is a 2/1 at 900 sq feet. The location is about 8 minutes with proximity to downtown Austin. There are also quite a few walkable Austin staples including South Congress, Crux rock climbing gym and Cosmic Cafe. The space holds a washer and dryer upstairs and wifi included. Right next door you have Home Depot for all you DIYers as well and a mini dog playpen. The is free parking in front and behind as well as a beautiful University accross the street, St. Edwards University.

Let nature’s symphony greet your mornings and lull you to sleep, as birds, frogs, owls, and coyotes serenade you. Our prime location on Old Topanga Canyon Road puts you a mere 15 minutes from Woodland Hills and Malibu, 35 minutes from Santa Monica, and within walking distance to excellent trails.
Your personal oasis includes a private bedroom, with its own small private yard, a private entrance (you can come and go anonymously) bathroom, and access to a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, living room, decks, washer & dryer, and large common yard. Our secluded backyard, nestled among towering trees, boasts an outdoor living room, private nooks, al fresco dining, a princess bed, indoor/outdoor fireplaces, and a jacuzzi.
While we relish occasional social gatherings, we uphold a tranquil, drama-free atmosphere, welcoming mindful consumption of alcohol and marijuana. No tobacco smokers, please. We’re seeking a clean, individual who appreciates nature and easy access to city life’s cultural richness.
Long-term renters are preferred (6 months-3 years). The room will be available December 1, or possibly a few weeks earlier.

We are renting out a nice sized, sunlit filled bedroom with its own private bathroom. The room is furnished with a full sized bed, side table, sitting chair and closet for storage/clothes. The rental includes access to a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area and living room. We also have a large backyard with an outdoor dining table, BBQ, covered patio, shade trees, hammock and roses. You’ll be sharing the home with myself, my husband and our sweet cat.
