I will be traveling this year during May and June. I am looking to sublet my studio apartment in Long Beach. Super spacious and cozy place. Kitchen is separate from main area so feels like a one bedroom. I feel very safe in my complex! It is gated by the way. I am flexible to accommodate to your sublet needs. Willing to extend a month and flexible with start and end dates. As well, I would love to keep my car in Long Beach, so if you’re in need of a car you may use her free of charge. She just needs to be moved on street sweeping days. Obviously looking to find someone very trustworthy who will respect my sacred space. Hoping this offer aligns with someone 🙂 ! Rent is 1300 a month . I am willing to pay utilities. It will be fully furnished and I can leave you whatever you may need for cooking and whatnot. Let’s talk and figure out what works for us both!

We’re looking for a new housemate for our amazing Silver Lake townhouse.
We are located in the heart of Silver Lake, walking distance from dozens of bars and restaurants, including La Colombe Coffee, Alfred’s Coffee, Silverlake Ramen, Night Market Song, The Thirsty Crow, and many more.
We’re also right next door to 101 Freeway as well as the #2 and #4 bus lines.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
We are one side of a large 3 story duplex (5br/3ba). Our property has a decent sized back yard with a (fairly) newly constructed deck– a perfect outdoor space for some small weekend get togethers. Also, it’s worth mentioning street parking is very easy in our area. Coin laundry in bldg too.
The room has it’s own mirror closet, central ac, and you’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other housemate. We are super clean so you must be someone who is clean & hygienic also, and willing to contribute to frequent cleaning.
ABOUT US
We’re a married couple (m/f) who occupy the lower level, 1 male, 1 female professionals. Your room would be on the top floor, which you would share with 2 others, but you’d be sharing the bathroom with just one other housemate. We are respectful of each others’ personal space, work schedules, and keeping up with our assigned chores in a timely fashion.
