We are located in the heart of Silver Lake, walking distance from oodles of good stuff. We are one side of a large 3 story duplex (5br/3ba). We have a lovely backyard, great parking, & coin laundry in bldg too.
The room has it’s own mirror closet, central ac, and you’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other housemate. We are super clean so you must be someone who is clean & hygienic also, and willing to contribute to frequent cleaning.
ABOUT US
We’re creative folks (2 a married couple who occupy the lower level). Your room would be on the top floor, which you would share with 2 others, but you’d be sharing the bathroom with just one other housemate. We are respectful of each others’ personal space, work schedules, and keeping up with our assigned chores in a timely fashion.

Viewing the place is free, but if you’re chosen to take the room there is a $50 non refundable application fee that goes toward a credit check. We’re also going to need a landlord reference check to weed out the riff-raff.
