We are renting out a nice sized, sunlit filled bedroom with its own private bathroom. The room is furnished with a full sized bed, side table, sitting chair and closet for storage/clothes. The rental includes access to a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area and living room. We also have a large backyard with an outdoor dining table, BBQ, covered patio, shade trees, hammock and roses. You’ll be sharing the home with myself, my husband and our sweet cat. We are looking for a conscientious, responsible, respectful and clean person on a month to month basis. Plenty of street parking available on a lovely, residential, tree-lined street. Each Room $1,436 and $1,413 comes with a gorgeous floor to ceiling mirror that hides the large closets.
The houses best quality is the stunning atrium in the living room that has a waterfall and Koi pond (filled with actual turtles and fishes). The house is filled with plants so it’s very green lots of fresh air.
We also have a wrap around porch with lots of cushions. And two garages one thats a multi use creative space. In unit washer and dryer. Long kitchen with lots of storage space.
