Located in Northridge in a quiet neighborhood, this home boasts lots of space, new appliances, wood floors, central A/C and central heating, in house washer/dryer, a 2 car garage/ a large private backyard and 2 creative roommates. We are two friendly people living in an elegant rustic 3 bedroom house. The home has multiple living spaces indoors and outdoors, high ceilings, plenty of room to feel spacious and alone even when people are home.

We are on Old Topanga Canyon Road. 15 Minutes to Woodland Hills and Malibu, 35 minutes to Santa Monica. Excellent trails you can walk to as well as dozens a short drive nearby.
You have a private bedroom in the house, bathroom, and access to kitchen, dining area, living room, decks, jacuzzi, Washer & Dryer and yard.
There is a large shared private back yard surrounded by large trees, an outdoor living room, multiple private relaxing areas, outdoor dining area, outdoor princess bed, a fireplace inside, 2 fireplaces outside and a jacuzzi. This is not a party house however we host friends and small gatherings. Alcohol and marijuana are consumed on a limited and mindful basis and we do not want heavy users. No tobacco smokers. We are looking for someone who is clean, pleasant and easy going, likes a peaceful atmosphere (drama free) and who would like to be surrounded by nature, with easy access to the cultural and ethnic diversity of the city.
I would prefer a long term renter. Most people stay 1-3 years. Single person only.
