To move in, it will require the tenant a $1,200 refundable security deposit, a credit check and a background check. Linens and towels are provided. No Pets allowed. One parking spot can be provided at $200 per month. By the way, I am a clean, fun and conscious person, I like to play music and go to music festivals, snowboard in the winter, yoga in the forest, dance on the beach, I don’t smoke cigarettes. I only stay in this apartment a few days a week, because I work for a hotel in Big Bear Lake.

Deposits equal one month’s rent with utilities. Rent + all utilities is just $700 per month and $700 deposit. To hold a bed will require half of that deposit upfront. This will insure you have the bed for your arrival. The sooner the better as we are usually pretty full. The holding deposit is not refundable if you choose not to move in for whatever emergency or misunderstanding, so make sure you are certain when you book. Also the date you reserve cant be adjusted. You can come later but would have to pay rent as of the day the bed is made available. Upon moving in you pay the remaining half of the deposit and first months rent. If you are paying with an international card please be advised that an additional 1% fee may be applied to it and it will automatically be added to the initial payment amount.

Our 4 bedroom sanctuary sits on a dead end street, and is a 2 minute walk onto a trailhead which meanders through the mountains for miles. The house has a fireplace, a garden overlooking the mountains, raised bed gardens for veggie planting, washer/dryer, and a communal kitchen. This is heaven on earth for the right person.
The room available has high ceilings with a fan, and a big window facing our private backyard. The bathroom is shared with one other clean and conscientious female and has jack & jill separate sinks, and a deep bathtub.
We are three females-
One is a transformational coach, one a yoga teacher, and the other is a stylist assistant.
We are looking for someone who is CLEAN, LIVES A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, and whom is CONSCIENTIOUS to retreat into a nourishing space surrounded by nature. This home is a SANCTUARY to us, and we treat it that way.
