This 4 Plex is a very centrally located property and is a 2/1 at 900 sq feet. The location is about 8 minutes with proximity to downtown Austin. There are also quite a few walkable Austin staples including South Congress, Crux rock climbing gym and Cosmic Cafe. The space holds a washer and dryer upstairs and wifi included. Right next door you have Home Depot for all you DIYers as well and a mini dog playpen.
