-Into the lifestyle and Play Party scene and down with monthly Play Parties at the house.
-Great communicator and able to address any concerns ASAP. But also understands proper timing.
-Loves dogs. I have a large Argentino Dogo.
-Experienced with personal development a HUGE PLUS!!
-Open to semi-regular meetings/ conversations to make sure everyone is happy!
-Motivated and hard-working during the week but likes to party and get weird sometimes on the weekends, preferably together as a household (Not a party pooper or light sleeper)
-Must be OK with pitching in for monthly maid service and communal paper towels, TP, cleaning supplies etc.
This is NOT a constant revolving door party house. I live a healthy lifestyle, stretch daily, go to the gym consistently and eat all Organic/Non-GMO foods.
I work long hours but when I’m finished working I like to have fun on the weekends. During the week I work, chill and play games.

Hello, My name is Leslie. I am a 35 year old Artist with 2 lovely, very friendly kitties , Moon and Cloud 9.
I have been living in this space for 2 years and I love it. It is very close to main freeways, nightlife , restaurants and shops; the new NohoWest shopping center is 1.5 miles away & were surrounded by cute coffee shops. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Less than 10 minutes away from Ventura Blvd & close to many hiking trails, Fryman trail , Hollywood lake, Universal Studios , Sunday Farmers Market.There is plenty of street parking available and the building manager is very involved. The building has a pool , jacuzzi and community washer and dryer ($1 a wash 75 Cents to dry)
The space is a 2 bedroom , 2 bath apartment. The Master bedroom has a walk in closet and you will have your own bathroom with a shower filter provided for you The common areas , kitchen and living room are to be kept clean and free of clutter. I do allow 420 inside my house, however not in a habitual way aka hotboxing the room or apartment. the neighbors have a baby and I like to be respectful.
About me: I have a full schedule and will be in and out of my home depending on what day of the week it is. I enjoy cooking and often will have my music playing while doing chores. I am constantly cleaning , vacuum randomly if I see its needed, dusting a few shelves ( I like to maintain the cleanliness during the week) I live a very active lifestyle and also can relax all day. I host sound baths and small gatherings usually during a seasonal shift. I like my space and the silence this place provides. After a long day, I decompress by staring out the gorgeous view from the 3rd floor. The apartment is cozy, peaceful and inviting. I have friends come over fairly often to hang or go to the pool.

Someone who would enjoy company from time to time, whether it’s making dinner together, helping each other out with chores or simply being a nice human. We have lived and worked internationally and locally with many people and really appreciated the infrastructure and environment that were provided for us when we arrived in a new city. We wish to do the same for others by providing a beautiful place by the beach where you can just unpack your bags and get going with your life’s work…. and then skip down to the beach!
The 2280 Sq. ft unit occupies the entire second floor of this historic CA triplex. It features a large kitchen, washer/dryer, hardwood floors, fireplace and enclosed sunporch with full ocean views. Yard with fruit trees and BBQ options…..beach life keeps you healthy.

Santa Monica is a great place to live in Los Angeles, often 10-30 degrees cooler at the beach. Four people total occupancy in the 3 BR unit. Avoid all the expense of moving into an empty apartment. No pets.

A modern, new luxury home fit snugly in a brand new colorful suburban neighborhood in East Austin, 15 minutes from the Airport, Downtown and Mueller. The 2 other main people living here are in conscious finance & partner dance. We sometimes have women’s gatherings, moon circles and dance classes in the large living room space, a couple times per month that you get to benefit from! Our male tenant owns the home, and he is of the highest integrity of all men I know. Female tenant is very loving and helpful, and both of them are 2 of my best friends. I am looking for a conscious, responsible & clean individual to blend into my space with my community members, while enjoying my large sunshine-filled bedroom and large walk-in closet. You’ll share a bathroom with the one female who is home part-time. I’ll be gone for 3-6 months and need a responsible, conscious adult to take over my rent and utilities for that flexible timeline . The room is very secure, all side doors have a metal gated door and can be opened for fresh air. The room can be heated with an electrical heater during any cold winter days. Your living room has a very powerful gas heater. There’s no central air conditioner, so we use fans and open windows to get fresh mountain air during the summer. There is an exterior door to the room that leads up to the driveway.

This is a 100% Smoke-free house INDOORS, you are welcome to use the patios or your door’s entrances to smoke. Note, there are stairs in the house, no elevator.
