We prioritize maintaining cleanliness in all shared areas, including the living room, bathroom, and kitchen. Please note that there is a single bathroom in the residence. We require a commitment of three months, with the flexibility to switch to a month-by-month arrangement thereafter. The cost is $1000, plus utilities.
A modern, new luxury home fit snugly in a brand new colorful suburban neighborhood in East Austin, 15 minutes from the Airport, Downtown and Mueller. The 2 other main people living here are in conscious finance & partner dance. We sometimes have women’s gatherings, moon circles and dance classes in the large living room space, a couple times per month that you get to benefit from! Our male tenant owns the home, and he is of the highest integrity of all men I know. Female tenant is very loving and helpful, and both of them are 2 of my best friends. I am looking for a conscious, responsible & clean individual to blend into my space with my community members, while enjoying my large sunshine-filled bedroom and large walk-in closet. You’ll share a bathroom with the one female who is home part-time. I’ll be gone for 3-6 months and need a responsible, conscious adult to take over my rent and utilities for that flexible timeline . I will of course reduce my belongings in my room and closet for you to have space for your own things there.

We have adopted a pet snake, a boa, that doesn’t bite and isn’t poisonous and lives in a secure, enclosed space.
