A clean person that doesn’t mind helping with the cleaning of the common spaces. The apartment is in a great area of Toluca Lake, very walk-able to all restaurants and shops! $1,500 a month including utilities. Asking for refundable deposit of $1,500(negotiable). Ideally we’d love someone who will stay for at least 6 months, but we are open to a shorter stay too.
Your room is across the apt a a distance from the other 2 rooms, so you have some privacy. You would share bathroom with me but I am only there when I work in LA.
We have 2 very sweet pups ? They are very well behaved and would not be going into your room. We have a balcony, new appliances, hardwood floors and AC.
Who will be your roommates? My adult son, his fiancee and myself part time. My son and I are in the film industry. We all enjoy hiking, the ocean, camping, we love music, chill environment, not a party house, good vibes only! Great sunset view from the balcony. Tons of street parking out front. We would love to find someone like minded and to have a peaceful caring shared space.

I’m a 29 year old performing artist and primal embodiment instructor moving back to LA with my 1.5 year old sweetie pie, Koda. We’ve been living on Maui for the last 3 years and got the strong call to return to LA for some deeper work of service. I am an extroverted introvert looking for a room, master bedroom, lower level, or my own space. I’m open to various locations, but something close to the beach and with a backyard is ideal. My son and I have been living and managing in community for a while and love to garden, dance, be social. Very private and large home on a hill in “Silverlake” – I am equidistant to The La River and the Silverlake Reservoir.

This space is inspiring, it has two yards and a hell of a view.

The view from bed brings excitement and peace. The light in the bathroom in the morning makes you excited to be getting out there.

You will share the home with two professional men. A good candidate is easy-going with a positive attitude. We are not big partiers, but organize dinners and small get togethers from time to time and we’d encourage you to do the same. Possible car rental for additional fee.
Hello, My mom and I are traveling to Malibu so she can get treatment for pancreatic cancer. We are looking for a 2/2 home for 1 week to 1 month any time from June 9- July 15th, or any time in August. We are looking for a clean, comfortable, and serene place to take in the healing properties of the beautiful mountains and ocean. I figured why not try to experience the best of both worlds at the same time and help make the rest of her days the best of her days. <3 Aside from nature and beautiful views, we love fire pits, hot tubs, and easy access to the laundry machine. Wifi is a must. We are open to all options within a reasonable price range. I am also an Air B&B super host. We own a gorgeous 4/2 Mountain House just 10 min from west Asheville NC, near the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway where you can find the most beautiful hikes to waterfalls and the Pisgah forrest. Big, spacious house fully furnished, with a beautiful back yard with a deck, large storage shed, washer/dryer in unit, and tandem parking in driveway. Can park on street overnight with permit (easily acquired). Shared bathroom, it has two sinks and a large claw foot tub. If you love a bath, this one is epic. Kitchen has all updated appliances. Located on a tree lined street, in North Central Pasadena, walking distance from the Rose Bowl. Very close to the 210 freeway. Easy access to Old Town, Highland Park, Downtown LA, Angeles National Forest, and more! Great location, beautiful area and neighborhood. The pets in photos will no longer be living here. We split the cost of water, trash, gas, electricity, wifi. I’m pretty conservative with water and electric. Would appreciate if you were too!
You would be living with one other person (me). I’m a 28 year old woman. I’m very clean, tidy and enjoy a clutter free home. I teach yoga and meditation full time. I’m in and out of the house often. I teach a couple classes at home via zoom on Monday/ Tuesday, so during those hours the house would need to be quiet. I am mindful, active, self aware, a nature lover and queer! Health and wellness are extremely important to me. I cook regularly and enjoy having company over for dinner parties and game nights. I am playful, goofy and love to have a good time. I deeply enjoy relaxing in my space. I’m not super into partying but occasionally will! My home space is sacred to me, having good energy and communication with my roommate is vital! I would prefer my roommate to be a cool chick who is also mindful, self aware, kind, and considerate. Cleanliness is a must. Will expect roommate to participate in bi weekly deep cleans of common areas. I’m also not a vegetarian or vegan, I cook meat in this house- full disclosure to those sensitive. Will cook you yummy meals on occasion as an added bonus! I love love love house plants, lighting candles and playing music throughout the day.
