I’m 31 and work in banking. I just moved to LA from Silicon Valley and am looking for a quiet and peaceful room either in an apartment or house (not opposed to a studio if I can afford it) on the west side (Santa Monica, Sawtelle, Venice Beach or Culver City). I like to keep my home clean and organized (ex professional organizer here) and am an early riser (think 6 am- which means I go to bed early around 10pm).
