I just moved to LA from Silicon Valley and am looking for a quiet and peaceful room either in an apartment or house (not opposed to a studio if I can afford it) on the west side (Santa Monica, Sawtelle, Venice Beach or Culver City). I believe in treating others the way I want to be treated. I like to keep my home clean and organized (ex professional organizer here) and am an early riser (think 6 am- which means I go to bed early around 10pm). I’m looking for a living environment that matches my own schedule when it comes to sleeping as it’s my #1 priority and I have had some less positive living experiences in the recent years. I’m flexible regarding staying to myself as well as becoming friends with my roommate(s).
In my free time I enjoy what I am learning is the basic LA lifestyle (lol) meaning, hiking, walking, yoga and pilates as well as discovering amazing restaurants (foodie over here as well!)

The home is only 4-5 years old so it’s relatively new. We have lived here for almost 3 years. Our home is fully furnished, has a game room upstairs, and a washer/dryer unit conveniently located between the bedrooms. We are pup lovers here and our home has two sweet huskies so we are looking for someone who will love them as well. They are only allowed downstairs and in my bedroom so your space will be free and clear of their entry. We love cooking meals and welcome someone who enjoys utilizing the kitchen as well. We are a quiet but friendly home so looking for someone who has introverted and pleasant tendencies as well. Our home is filled with plants so plants lovers are a plus!

I am detoxing and on a strict diet from Naturopath – unfortunately, I must be able cook meat at this time, so that must not offend. Environment must be clear of mold.
