You will have access to the first and the second floors.
Each floor has its own spacious balcony with glass doors opening to the outside. The first floor has a full bath, along with two bedrooms with king beds & big screen tvs. The living / dining room is on the second floor, with another full bath and a kitchenette containing a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster provided.
Both floors offer beautiful natural light and relaxing indoor/outdoor spaces.
Garage is available for parking.Guests have access to the bottom two levels of the home with their own keyed access
*Owner lives on third level. You will have use of two separate entrances which are closed off from the third level.
We have a spacious upstairs Master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, luxurious deep tub, and a separate hi-jet shower. The room has a large walk-in closet and there’s plenty of storage space in the house. It can come partially furnished or not as needed.
We live in a relaxed cul-de-sac neighborhood. There is a covered hang-out space in our backyard, and we have fruit trees, chickens, and a garden. We also have indoor-outdoor cats.

An ideal distance to disconnect from town, be in contact with the sound of nature, and close enough to enjoy the benefits of civilization.
Surrounded by nature, and immersed among the trees of the tropical jungle, the house has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The bathrooms are connected to a water filtration system that cleans the water with the help of plants, roots, fibers and rock. Electric energy comes from solar panels and water from a well.
The house is built in a circular pattern, which makes it very cozy, with good ventilation and energy circulation.The main room is on the second floor with a very pleasant terrace, space to hang the hammock, and a very spacious bathroom / dressing room.The second bedroom is located independently in a bungalow. Large dining room, lots of light and ventilation.
