Kitchen is separate from main area so feels like a one bedroom. I feel very safe in my complex! It is gated by the way. I am flexible to accommodate to your sublet needs. Willing to extend a month and flexible with start and end dates. As well, I would love to keep my car in Long Beach, so if you’re in need of a car you may use her free of charge. She just needs to be moved on street sweeping days. Obviously looking to find someone very trustworthy who will respect my sacred space. Hoping this offer aligns with someone 🙂 ! Rent is 1300 a month . I am willing to pay utilities. It will be fully furnished and I can leave you whatever you may need for cooking and whatnot. Let’s talk and figure out what works for us both!

We are 3 people looking to welcome a 4th person into our beautiful two story townhouse. We don’t share walls with our neighbors and get to enjoy a lovely backyard which is equipped with a BBQ grill and furniture for the spring and summertime. The home is only 4-5 years old so it’s relatively new. We have lived here for almost 3 years. Our home is fully furnished, has a game room upstairs, and a washer/dryer unit conveniently located between the bedrooms. We are pup lovers here and our home has two sweet huskies so we are looking for someone who will love them as well. They are only allowed downstairs and in my bedroom so your space will be free and clear of their entry. We love cooking meals and welcome someone who enjoys utilizing the kitchen as well. We are a quiet but friendly home so looking for someone who has introverted and pleasant tendencies as well. Our home is filled with plants so plants lovers are a plus!

There are three peers and a rope swing into the lake along with BBQs and picnic tables. I often take my paddle board out on the lake on the weekends. There are foxes, deer and various species of birds that frequent my front and back yard. I am working on a garden and have space if you are into gardening. I have a large back patio if you I like to sit on and enjoy the sounds of nature or the stars at night. I am earth friendly, compost and don’t use pesticides. I am looking for someone to share my space who is into conscious living. I’m mostly plant based, I don’t drink. I have a bedroom for rent with a closet and a full detached bathroom.
